Hulk, in total agreement with you on Merchant. He put his foot in his large mouth during the David Diaz fight. Had him all but lost and then Diaz coldcocks the other guy in the last round. Time for Merchant to go. Lazy, doens't do any research, senile and deep down, I don't think he really cares much for boxers. No "top" announcer should ever rfer to a fighter as a "tomato can." Fans and writers, yes. Announcers, no. IMO
