I've just watched this, it's pretty long (17 minutes I think) but it's well worth a watch if like me you are a little ignorant to the goings on in America.

I have to admit that I haven't really paid that much attention to it, if you are a criminal and waving a gun at the cops or acting suspiciously etc etc then yeah that is one thing

I found this video pretty fucking harrowing though, The dude couldn't have been any politer to the coppers, he was calm and full of 'yes sirs' and 'no ma'ams' he answered all their questions and offered possible way's to confirm he was who he said he was.

The copper wouldn't leave him be though, he had decided that he was going to have a pop at the bloke, he continued to harrass him and pick at him until the bloke gives him a reason (no matter how flimsy the reason)

yeah he doesn't get shot or anything like that but I think it was pretty damn eye opening.

Recently they've had scandals for investigating officers they believe were in cahoots with gang members. The officers in question were black and so it became a race issue And before that I believe it was the GPD were allowing female drivers accused of DUI to leave without charge if they provided sexual favors for the officers.



We haven't had a great time here in the Gate City recently

Yeah, yeah I'm suggesting EXACTLY that Beanz because IF this was "standard operating procedure" of a police department then Officer Travis Cole would still be on the force would he not? He wouldn't have resigned and people wouldn't be talking about criminal charges for the guy would they? And yeah, he needs at the very LEAST a slap on the wrist for this.
