Recently they've had scandals for investigating officers they believe were in cahoots with gang members. The officers in question were black and so it became a race issue And before that I believe it was the GPD were allowing female drivers accused of DUI to leave without charge if they provided sexual favors for the officers.



We haven't had a great time here in the Gate City recently

He wouldn't have resigned and people wouldn't be talking about criminal charges for the guy would they? And yeah, he needs at the very LEAST a slap on the wrist for this.

3. He grew up in the house but now lives somewhere else. He pointed out several neighbors that would recognise him including Charlie.
