There are places where a black person can go and receive less racism, that is less 1 one 1 racism, Africa, Carribean, simply due to the fact that they are majority black nations.

However all of Africa is still subject to white supremacy indirectly. All the major problems in Africa are the fault of white supremacy. All the problems that concern black people are down to white supremacy. All the major problems in this world are result of white supremacy.
