Given what you use a PC for it shouldnt be an issue, but the chip in that PC you posted a link to, is poo. The hard drive is a decent size but it's mechanical, an SSD is a must!
You are right the processor is rubbish so going for i5 or i7, I am going to spec up my own and get it built and more up to date but not had the quote for it yet.

I have paid £25 to get the computer checked and not had quote to fix it yet.
