It has absoultely nothing to do with the colour of his skin, because if that were the case.....why is it that Chris Eubank, Watson, Bruno and Nigel Benn are so popular?

Personally i liked LL, he was calm, always chilled, occasionally funny .....and a master of the sport in the ring. He beat everyone there was to beat and never lost if you include his rematches.

the one. I was never a fan of Lewis and I'm finding it hard to explain why. Your a, b, c, d, is probably closest to why I never took to him. I would also add the 'Bruno' factor. I read somewhere else on the forum about someone saying many boxing fans can only have one favourite in one division and though it was rubbish but looking back I think I fell into that group with Bruno and I guess Lennox was always second best for me even though he was by far the better boxer.

That said as much as I think Lewis is overrated I really wish we had someone in todays group of heavies like him. It's true you never realise what you've got until it's gone.
