is lomachenko a white supremacist ?
Thought that would be a much tougher (and closer!) fight. To do what he did vs. a beast like Walters shows you how special Loma is. Anyone else in the top ten p4p right now vs that level of opponent has a serious fight on their hands. Loma dominated and made it look easy. Wow...
It's unfortunate that Crawford and Manny are so much bigger. I think highly of both but would honestly place Loma above both in terms of technique and athleticism (and that is saying something!!!). Unfortunately think both are too big for Loma to beat, though.
Watched the fight this morning that loma is just an amazing talent was toying with Walters last night, just wish loma was a little bigger would love to see him in with Crawford
Lomachenko boxed superbly but I was disappointed in Walters.... half a million dollars to quit on his stool whilst full of energy. Reminded me of golota quitting vs Tyson the way everyone pleaded with nick to man up but he threw his toys out the Priam and wouldn't fight.
mindset of a journeyman, not an unbeaten fighter. Hope we don't see him again
id like to see Loma fight salido next. He was just getting into his stride in the last round vs Walters, wanted to see it go on
What a let down. But Walters jut could not bring the fight. Salido brought the fight...
Bigger man George, bigger punch!

Hate to move Rigo down but he is getting older.
Very disappointed in the Axeman, and I feel bad for him. In a moment of weakness he committed one of the cardinal sins of boxing, and that's something that's going to hang over him for the rest of his career. Like most fighters who have quit like that, I'm sure he'd give anything to have a do over and go out on his shield instead, but that's life.
I was very disappointed in hearing him trying to justify his decision with his inexperience and the fact that he came up in weight. At one point he even seemed to be blaming HBO and/or Top Rank, accusing them of keeping Vasyl busy and keeping him on the shelf for a year. When you are fighting at the championship level, people don't want to hear this nonsense. The bar has already been set by past greats. Ray Leonard came back from a 3 year retirement and moved up two divisions to fight one of the best/scariest middleweights of all time... and he pulled out the W. That's what championship heart is.
Getting away from negative though, WOW was I impressed with Vasyl. He's got to be one of the greatest boxing talents I've ever seen.
