Should have flattened a tire or two . Ever change a frozen tire in the snowfun times.
Had an interesting $5 shaft the other day. Co worker tells me it's $5 smoothie day so I make the drive. Didn't even want anything for myself but it was on the way so why not be a good guy. I get there and it was wrong day and they were full price, $10. So I figure hey it's 5 bucks, I'll pay difference and surely she'll pay me back, making the drive and all blah blah. I get back and she says "oh...well thanks" and walks away with 32 ounces of chunky smoothie goodness. Doesn't even offer half or offer to 'get me back' on a coffee run or anything. 5 bucks is 5 bucks but pretty shitty. Can't assume others will do what you would. Next time I'm drinking half of it in the car ffs.
Ha ha it worked he came up to me today and asked why his was the only car plowed in 7 feet of snow. I told him it cost 5 dollars protection from the snow goblins he will pay me next week.
I will not accept the 5 from the guy. Once he offers I shall refuse to take it. This is more about knowing who your friends are than haveing 5 dollars
One thing I want to clarify is that as soon as my friend offers to pay me I shall not accept the money. I don't give a damn about the five I care about treating friends a certain way. If he said look Jim me and my wife are having hardship would you mind please wiping out the small debt I would of course let it get. But to tell someone your not going to pay them back that's what pisses me off. So hopefully within a week or two he will have offer, I'll refuse, and all will be right in the world again
