I trained in hands and building site work as a youth.. it is still an option for me now.
Currently I do brain work in sales and out smarting people for their money is basically my job.

I'd prefer to use my hands, but I have always had to use my brain. I say brain because we tend to use it in the singular form. Mind you my brain is not what it was, but I hear it can heal with the correct rest and adjustment.
