I think we have had some crazy sentences for putting swastikas on temples in the us. Again, stupid crime but if u don't have a record and do such a thing why bother with jail.

One of his codefendants got nine months. I can find no mention of him having a record do you know if he did have a record. It appears he didn't. A year is just too much.

I'll tell you a fine, sensitivity training and probation would have been adequate. You disagree that's fine but it wasn't violent and jail just makes people worse. jails do too much damage to humans and it's just a big money making scheme in the western world. If u are not violent there are other options. He shouldn't have wasted the food to boot.

If he had previous nonviolent misdemeanors, he could have gotten 30 or 60 days TOPS. Any more than 90 days for a bacon sandwich is WAY BEYOND REASONABLE.

We have put people in prison for not paying poll tax, so it makes sense to imprison a person for a bacon sandwich, ! Let's make a example of him but it took years to put a hate preacher in jail did it not.
Double standards one guy institing murder and the placing of a bacon sandwich no wonder we are a fucking laughing stock.
