The poor thing is just trying to live. Clean your house, get rid of any food stuff he may be able to get at and he will probably leave. Or if it's cold in your area as soon as it warms up he will leave. If you are in a housing complex or apartment forget about it, your screwed cause there is probably hundreds of them. See if u can make peace but guard your women they are very afraid of rats
