Cunt will be back.
Floyd will pick the easiest fight there is as well. Berto 2 would be his level.

Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Exactly why he won't be back. For him to fight, he would want MEGA BUCKS! If he fights a stiff, people won't buy into it.
He fought Berto just because he had to see his contract out. He wanted to go out with the least risk possible. He'd already satisfied his TV people with the Canelo and Pac fights, nobody else's name was screaming out..........and please, please, please, nobody say Amir Khan!!!
The only person screaming out for that Khan himself in between sending wank pics all over the shop!
To truly be great you need to want to test yourself against the BEST challenges... and Floyd had no interest in that!
In my eyes he disqualified himself from being a great champion when he said "I don't care about legacy, I just care about money".
Money is great but legacy lasts long after you're gone. Floyd had great skills and technique but as a person he left a lot to be desired!
And he's constantly talking trash about MMA fighters. Guess what Floyd, UFC guys don't get to pick and choose their fights!
Exactly! Now he's talking about fighting Conor McGregor, a guy who has never even had a pro fight!
Floyd will gamble all his money away because he's an idiot at the end of the day, and he'll be back, and I hope whoever he gets in the ring with takes his jaw off!
One of my favorites, the great Sugar Ray Leonard, came back from 3 years retirement, moved up two divisions and fought the scariest MW of all time without a tune-up! And he won! That's what legends are made of.

I can give Floyd his just due. But no way he measures up to SRL. No way.

Disagree that GGG is a LH at middle, feel he is actually small for 160 but hits like a LH. To your main point: agree that Floyd was a great champ and fighter, but will expound your statement and say he is the best self-promoter/marketer since Ali, and "played the fight game" better than anyone in history. Floyd took on solid competition through most of his career, built up interest enough and was savvy enough to make great deals when he was older and blockbuster fights vs Manny, Canelo, and Oscar. His fight with Manny was a dud and likely hurt the sport, but was smart in the sense that Manny had slipped to the point where risk vs reward made the most sense. He also is proving business savvy post boxing by creating a stable and using his brand to corner the promotion, manager, and training/gym responsibilities for fighters. Where I think certain fans tend to become shrill and overrate Floyd is in stating he was better than Armstrong, Robinson, Leonard...etc.
Floyd left unbeaten, with his health and the most earning. I think he won on all sides.
Bigger man George, bigger punch!

I agree that FMJ was a great champion but I don't let his defensive brilliance make me think he was a great fighter.... Floyd always looked to avoid contact in the ring and that's just not my thing in boxing.... I like guys that are willing to risk all in order to land their own best punches.....
