    Cheers

The replays made it look like a bit of a clumsy swipe but there's no denying the damage it did. Geale was either fucked, or the best actor thats ever been.

Nothing in that right hand at all as far as i'm concerned, no telling punches at all leading up to it either and nothing landed that looked remotely damaging by Quinlan during the 2 rounds.
If that punch landed in the final rounds or a real tear up i could understand it but not midway through the 2nd.
Quinlans not even a devastating puncher (50% ish KO ratio) He did go over pretty hard from the push (that looked more forceful than the punch did) so maybe that done some damage.

    Getting back to Eubank Jnr....
He's what 27-28 now and at his physical peak, He seriously needs to stop fucking about, chatting shit that he'd beat EVERYONE with a proper title and go and Prove it.
I really hope this is the last miss match we'll see him in and he steps up massively in the following fight.
By his own admission his next fight should be for a proper world title

That's the same worry i have, Eubank Jnr has convinced himself this is a bona fide top world belt and the general UK public will just see him as a "World Champion" and buy into the Eubank pantomime.

I have to admit as much as this (for us lot on here) is a total miss match ITV are putting alot into this, Ward/Lennox commentating, entire show on PPV, an undercard that let's be honest is better than 90% of Hearn/Warrens.

This surely has to be a long term marriage between ITV and the Eubanks and the smart money would be on them milking the fuck out of it while convincing the man on the street that he's the new messiah of UK Boxing

    I like the undercard too

thing is, do you blame them?

he could go and fight a number of top 10 fighters for what would probably be the same money and the risk is far too high

this could be easy money for at least a few years

Senior did the same when he moved to Sky and fought bums for about 10 fights defending the WBO crap title.

    Hooray! ha!

The sad thing is he might actually turn out to have something if he challenged himself, took advice and made room to improve. Instead it all seems like mug off the public and make as much money as they can before he gets found out. I wonder if someone had put him on his arse or sparked him out in sparring, why else would they be running around fighting nobodies when now he has apparently two stacked divisions he could fight champions in ?

Dad is over stating how good his son is when he should be doing the opposite. Junior can beat Ward now?

Just because he can throw more punches per round?

If it was that easy then he would have won all his fights. Hang on Junior has lost to BJS, what happened there?

Eubank Senior for once actually talks a lot of sense here (mixed in with the usual bullshit)
I challenge anyone who watches this interview to not fall in love with the girl doing the interviews (Sophia de Stefano) tits.
