Trump is running the show. He's a fucking soap opera but he's running things. He's just putting people he trusts in charge of everything. He's not actually carrying out the duties of office which are numerous and onerous, he's just delegating every single part of the job to other people. George W Bush did the same thing.

He trusts this guy Bannon and they obviously think about things the same way so Trump is giving him lots of power. That's it.

He's trusting his son in law with negotiating the Mexico border wall and apparently getting an Israel-Palestine peace treaty amongst other things. His son in law is a C student who was publicly outed as only getting into Harvard due to his dad giving them tons of dough amongst other humiliations. Just read this.
