Yes we know this, tell us something new.

This is more of a case where the promoter is trying to take the easy route and vacate to safe his asset than boxer trying to avoid the fight.

The fight will probably go to purse bid. Does Haymon dig deep into his pockets? Or does Spence travel?

I will only buy the excuse that a fight isn't big enough if the fighter fights only the absolute best competition every fight.

Spence is literally the best welterweight he could fight. If not Spence, then who would be the better option at welter? The answer is there is no better option.

Hearn didn't say the fight isn't big enough, that is a well known trolls article. I give up dumping his links because you cunts never stop falling for it

Is Brook-Spence really a stadium fight (30,000 tickets)? Spence is a hardcore/nerds favourite but a nobody to the casual fan (who are the majority ticket buyers). Also it'll be happening bang on the back of Haye-Bellew/AJ-Wlad (over 100,000 tickets gone plus back-to-back PPVs).

Regardless, it'll be terrific if it does come off. Brook deserves massive credit, even though he won't get any. Spence is the next best thing before the fight, an overhyped, overrated, untested nobody after it.

Brook has sold out a ten thousand seater arena in Sheffield before fighting mandatories so I'm sure they could do at least double that now. I think he'll definitely do more than twenty and it'll get the massive buildup on Sky and in the media. Spence might not be well known over here but I think any Brit versus "a top American" is a natural ticket seller. There's no doubting Spence's pedigree or his potential and he'll get the big buildup in the media. And the fact it's taking place in a stadium makes it a bigger event and an easier PPV sale.

Great matchup if it happens. Great skill sets from both and no foregone conclusion whatever anybody says post fight.

Credit to both yeh. Another scenario is Brook getting an 'big respect atta boy' for fighting the best even after Golovkin beating should he lose, and Spence getting well you just jumped on damaged goods who didn't have a proper come back..nutty world of fans out there .

Guy has to prove himself at some point, Spence is stepping forward.

You can always find a downside to every contest but this is a fantastic fight and no bad word should be said about it.

Just trying to look at every angle of the issue buddy boy . Usually by the 5th or 6th year fans are heavily lathered in skepticism following this sport.
