You seem slower and more mechanical in this video was that because you had your hands up?

Very good jab which you can use more by varying the speed of it and even just using it for range.

if the other video was when i was in the PAL then its probably because this was before that competition. I dont think it was because i had my hands up cause i always keep a pretty tight guard.

I'm sparring at Knowsley Vale again tomorrow which will be good. I was sparring at engine room Liverpool which is a pro gym last Friday. I'm going to be fighting end of March I think ABA this time can't wait. I'm 14 stone 3 at the moment but I train twice a day a lot of the time. I've improved loads and can't wait to be back in the ring soon. I'll be fighting at 13 stone 7 maybe 13. Never going to 12 stone again.
