He knew he never wanted the rematch with Roy and could never beat him at that level.

I agree with the tarver fight..it never seems to get mentioned because of what happened in Tarver 2 and 3.

Roy was suffering in that fight and really had to pull it out the bag...if only he stopped after that..if only.

I wonder if it was the muscle weight loss or the fact he was past it or the awkward style of tarver that started that decline..? (Or all the above)

Would things have been Different if we had taken tarver out the picture and put a Clinton woods in there..just for fun.?
