how many MODs do we have in this forum?

You know what's nuts. Every non mod poster in the first 6'ish pages of this thread are now gone. Totally and completely which really sucks. Well save for Brucelee . Who made them leave or 'ran' them off I'd say there is about 7,8 mods now and some only pop in once a week or so. As far as good ol' boys strong arming or just knocking heads on posters I just don't see it at all in close to 10 yrs now. I try not to and prefer punching you with sarcasm and a short point rather than bans. If ever there's a problem it's an open door and ear. If you're here to just rattle cages and toss bombs though that's another thing. If anything I'd say even some of the more prominent shit stirrers are given a lot of rope and mods are not here to break knees and spoil the fun. It's actually a pretty isolated gig tbh. I spoke a lot to IamInuit when we first came on together, god bless that man, and always chatted with Andre but other than that mods are posters too, different stripes and love a cut up as much as the next guy. We just don't want some shating all over the place and ruining it for others.

I would say you're one of the good ones, but given the give-and-take I'm currently involved in, I'll probably get accused of brown-nosing, and I'll probably deserve it.

I don't feel like an especially bitter, aging man, but what I do feel is that people get banned unfairly and that is all that I was pointing out. Instead you end up with a strange kind of character assassination as a response. I feel like a very fortunate man with several months a year vacation, pay that constantly goes up and a chance to live life in a newly healthy and productive way. Injustice does upset me and to be insulted in such a way by a Mod that I have never insulted in such a way is also rather upsetting. I would expect nothing less.

Mods, posters don't care too much. We all love boxing. Some a little too much. At the end of the day it's a form of entertainment so try to enjoy it. I hate when my guys get beat and there are some crazy fans out there that get too involved it stuff that doesn't really matter. I just skip those threads or posts and talk about stuff that interests me. If I cross a line let me know I wouldn't intentionally want to offend. Everyone on Saddo's has been great in my short time here. I just laugh to myself when I see something that seems irrational and let it go.

FinitoElDinamita practically bought the rope, tied the noose, looked for the high branch, tied off the rope, put the noose around his neck, and jumped. He was downright racist... and was given boo-coo warnings before he got canned. Can't say I miss his metrosexual posts. His mentor I agree was racist to the Nth degree (not to mention sexist), and for some reason survived a few years. Luckily he apparently found other pastures in which to graze.

Ross is obnoxious, but hardly bannable.

As I said a few posts back before getting ambushed... Mods have a difficult job, and one of the best qualities they can have is consistency. If you're trigger-happy, be trigger-happy with EVERYBODY, and from day to day. If you're more lenient, same thing goes.

We're pretty much a community here, just going by the number of years many of us have been here. With a few notable exceptions, I'd love to meet just about everyone here personally. I'd bet it would be a blast.

Oh... I forgot Miles. Miles is a long-standing member here and.... although a bit weird at times... is a great contributor to the forum, off the wall as he may be sometimes. I also appreciate his honesty in talking about issues like the Mods. It's not like it's the Gestapo, where one day you're talking about them and the next day you're counting bubbles from the bottom of a river.
