Peter should win more convincingly this time around.

He's the one who had more to gain from the first fight in terms of learning curve and improving himself. Toney's already "arrived" at his spot; he won't change up as much as Peter will to adjust and improve.

Hopkins-Taylor comes to mind ... not that I'm comparing any of the fightes except to note that both Taylor and Peter are still learning and improving. So a second fight would more likely be better for them if the more established fighter were not to alter strategy.
