saddo's not too keen on Flash/youtube/google video in signitures, makes the pages load slower for people.

I have Broad band so it doesn't really bohter me... just het fact there was now way to pause the music or turn it down with out turning my speakers down too.

convert it into an animated GIF and it should be OK, no sound but you'd keep the video and it wouldn't slow the rest of the page up.
