It's live on Showtime with HBO showing the tape delay. Only the third time the networks have ever done a joint deal (Tyson-Lew/Floyd-Pac)

And no we certainly wont be staying up till 3am to suit Americans. 90,000 bums on seats and a million+ PPV in the UK alone, let alone the 10+ millions they'll get on German TV (they don't have PPV there) and the 100+ countries it's been sold to around the world.
