I do. Sam Soliman gave Winky all kinds of trouble, mostly because of his huge punch out put, but still, Winky is not unbeatable as some claim, though I think he edged that fukin Taylor fight. Still I don't like the arrogant B******. I think Quartey can cause Winky trouble, both have a great jab and high guard, maybe he won't beat Wright, but he'll give him a run for his money IMO. Gald Quartey is gettin this fight and NOT Forrest, after that BS gift decision.

If anyone's given Winky competition of late...it was the second MOsley fight...but being able to compete does not equal beat.

He gave Winky a hell of a run for his money, and Wright knows it. James Toney says he thinks Soliman shoulda won that fight, so there ya go. And Soliman ain't no Hall of Famer, not to take anything away from him. Anyhoo, Quartey should be a more difficult opponent for Wright than Ouma will be for Taylor.

Landing 100 or so punches out of 1000 or so aint shit.

Also...bruising Winky's face a bit & putting some bumps on his wrists & elbows aint trouble...it's a basic night for Winky.

Root for the under doggie all you want...but make sure that that doggie don't hide the bone in the wrong spot...you end up looking silly with a sore bunny hole.

I'm quite surprised that people think Soliman was doing well in the fight,I thought Wright won easily. I thought he blocked most of Soliman's punches and Soliman's connect percentage was very very low! As for the first Mosley fight,I thought Winky won it easily,by more than 4. Second one was closer but Winky still won convincingly.

I just hate Wright plain and simple, so I may be a bit biased. I never said Soliman won, but he made it a close fight and that is something. Fuck punchstats, are you gonna base every decision on punchstats? I mean come on. Winky hardly put on a "Great" performance in that fight.
Back to this fight. Winky should win it, and may even score a KD or KO by some miracle. I will be rootin for the underdog all the way though, Ike Quartey. He's got a great jab, pretty good defense, and good fundamentals, and a weak chin, but oh well.
