I can see an argument for that.
in fact I have him exactly at #10

    Ali
    Louis
    Marciano
    Holmes
    Foreman
    Johnson
    Frazier
    Tyson
    Lewis
    Charles
Marciano a little high for me and I'd have Holyfield instead of Tyson.
depends what the criteria is and what carries more kudos. Longevity, domination, on their best night , etc. But I would have Tyson Higher (Much Higher) and i'll be honest, I don't think I would have Frazier there at all.
Joe Frasier had more defences than all except Louis, Holmes and Wlad.

Ezzard Charles was the greatest light heavy of them all in my opinion he beat Moore and that says it all. The fact that he went on to become a heavyweight champion further enhances his legacy just like Holyfield but it was not his best weight.

So he had more defences than most, so is Wlad on your list? Is Holmes on your list? Is Vitali on your list?
It's like I said about what criteria carries more weight. For me, most
title defences doesn't score higher than "at Prime" . Each to their own.

I posted my list on another thread and those champions are on except Vitali.
