The primary task in life should be to help the poor, needy, and oppressed. The Sikhs have a long heritage of speaking out against injustice and for standing up for the defenseless.

The word Sikh means disciple or student. Sikhs are the disciples of God.

Sikhs who I have met are well adjusted and normal! Nice belief system.

Also, a true warrior people who fought the peak British Empire so well that they changed all the rules so Sikhs could join the British Army and get promoted too.

Lots of Sikhs in the UK, probably because of the shared history. There were lots in Tanzania too.

I'm not sure they assimilate to western culture ..... the ones I've met are fairly easygoing people who don't judge others so they fit in quite well to any culture. Apart from the fucking daggers, of course

I'm concerned as religion is what brought properity and culture to the west. It took awhile but it instilled in us good morals and philosophy. I have no issue with sikhs but the true way is Christianity
