if that is true and the injury is healing as haye says it is then that's bad advice

a fit haye that would last 5 rounds would beat bellew, if his heart is still in it, which it seems to be then why not at least aim for that?

Maybe Haye is not physically able to last 12 rounds and Shane saw the signs while he was training him. Shane is only trying to be truthful but Haye must be seeing the money signs.
