Are their any DVD's about which show you the boxing techniques??

I remember before I even started boxing about 10 years ago I used to keep getting a book from the libary from which you could read the basics.. I would of thought by now there would be something you could watch which would obviously be better.. if not are they any good books about that any of you have read and would recommend reading?

theres a title dvd you can but on ebay for 8 quid. it has 16 volumes which makes it about 8 hrs long i guess. it covers hitting the heavy bag, bodypunching, handwraping, basic and advanced techniques, working a corner, getting faster, getting quicker and loads more.
