I read in Andrew Breitbart & Mark Ebner's book 'Hollywood Interrupted' that Ally Mills (the mother on 'The Wonder Years') was pressured by many agents to just grad hold of a cause to "be more than JUST the mother from The Wonder Years' and she was like "Any cause? Even one I know nothing/care nothing about?" and they were all 'Ummm yeah, duh!'.....this whole Hollywood cares about politics trope is utter horsecrap.
