Haha, heellllllll no! If you get on your knees and hit the bottom of the bag you are just asking to jam your wrist! I remember trying that a couple times back in the day and busting my wrist BAD! I had an 80lb bag at the time and because the bag gets so incredibly hard on the lower half and the short distance you have to throw the punch this can cause a lot of wrist/hand problems. Better to get one of those doughnut shaped things that fit over the heavy bag, they work very well and dont jam your wristOriginally Posted by Andre
