I went to a pub quiz last night, and one of the questions was who else celebrated their Independance on 4th July, which I why I knew it was the Phillippines. It sort of makes a nice touch that the US gave them their Independance on the same day as their own one.

US ties to the Philippines run pretty deep and the Japanese killed a lot of of Filipinos, a lot of innocent civilian Filipinos.





No it's an all the time kind of thing tweets like "America was never great" "Happy white people proud of their racist ancestors day" burning flags.....it's all what people were tweeting on the 4th, it's what the lefties do, that is postmodern critical theory in action and I have to say it's rather shitty on that day of all days but they do it Memorial Day, they do it Veteran's Day, they do it on the regular and I for one am sick of the ungrateful dismissive attitudes of some of my fellow citizens.
