Yes I went back to eating crap I had a good diet for years now time to get back on it.

Plenty of water, fruit and vegetables. Freshly made food is the best forget ready made meals and take away.

I need to say something about my arch nemesis @Beanz he has spoken a few times about his wife's medical issues and they sound quite serious which is extremely sad to hear. I commend mr bean for maintains his love for her and saying by her side. That is what we are supposed to do but I've seen cases where a healthy spouse will leave a sick one who needs much care. I do take that vow in sickness and in health seriously. Beanz is not the only person I've heard of or know personally that sticks with a spouse with medical woes however it is a good display of how our humanity should be towards one another and I do hope whatever ailments she suffers improve.

Alright back to bickering but it is seriously admirable.
