Both with big shots in 6th, Barrera better of. Smith comes out boxing 7th mouth open looking for one big timed shot here, not sloppy. Barrera needs to keep his head.

This fookin ref again, mr put the camera on me. Haven't seen many if any a ref try to become a corner man telling a guy this is not the way you normally fight..trying to rally em in his corner.

Good hook by Smith had Barrera clinging for a second. Honestly much better defense by Smith last few rounds, looking to pick his bombs. Barrera comfortably ahead

Jack Reiss tells them it's the final round but set for 12 . Man read your program

Lamps says GBP changed to 10 without telling network, kinda embarrassing

    96-93...97-92...97-92 Barrera takes it.

Jezreel Corrales and Robinson Castellanos set for 12 up next. Love to see Castellanos take his trinket. Probably just jinxed him to a vicious ko now

Corrales pretty crafty flashy southpaw. Switches up to. Looking to make U.S debut impressive. Great..headbutt Castellanos cut

That was amusing. Smith is def a huge puncher, but that was a disappointing effort from him unless he suffered some injury I am unaware of. He let Barrera take over after that 1st round.

Yeh he definitely looked like a one trick pony as it went. Liked his movement late and he did manage to rattle Barrera on one occasion down the stretch but didn't put anything together. Actually just read he suffered a broken jaw as early as the 2nd round. The same injury that caused him to 'opt out' in his only other loss. If that's the case is a bit odd he showed no signs or let on in the corner but hey, apparently set for surgery later in the week.
