that's because you haven't brought them up properly!
When kids do or say something wrong , they need to be punished or admonished. if you don't do that, they keep doing it, it's not their fault if you don't point it out as their Guardian.
for example , if your kids say "Dad, I reckon Conor will win!" , first you say "listen son, firstly, in this house , he's not Conor, he is known as "that useless deluded loud mouthed conning prick!"
then , in an increasingly raised and angry voice you say " Secondly, don't talk like a stupid little cunt, I didn't bring you up to believe in fairy tales and bullshit and act like a mug! they're ain't no Fucking Santa and CONOR WILL NOT WIN!!!"
I think they'll get the point.

I've been saying it for weeks, it's insane, the bookies can't believe their luck, no-one expected the sustained support for McGregor (already smashed all boxing records to smithereens), they're tripping over themselves offering special offers to get new accounts, Paddy Power have already paid out on Mayweather winning as they've took so much "mug" money on McGregor (PR stunt, but still).

Only genuine boxing fans seem to KNOW/think it's a ridiculous mismatch. Just goes to show.

Overnight a couple of one million quid bets in Vegas went on Floyd, only a matter of time before the big hitters had their fill.

Masterchef is the only non-sport thing I ever watch on TV (and the Great British Menu as it goes). Unexplainable why I love food shows, I cook eggs and bacon in the microwave, sticking a paella in the oven, liver, bacon and mash or fish pie and peas are my "posh" meals.
