with a competition like this how would people feel about PPV for the whole tournament?

would people be willing to pay something like £30/£40 to get the entire tournament rather than paying £10/£15 for the fights they decide are PPV worthy?

If Eubank or the odd Brit matchup/later rounds are PPV, fine. None of the cruisers will be PPV.

semi finals
Jr v Groves

at £15 a fight then that comes to £60, how about the option of £30 before the tournament starts to guarantee you get all of the fights for that price regardless of who is on the PPV

Yeah that's a good idea if you'd prefer that sort of thing, however, you're assuming those fights take place. What if Jr, Groves or Smith lose? These aren't "gimme" mismatches.

Regardless.. I think it's terrific that we get a couple of months of consecutive world-class Saturday night boxing without being on subscription platforms. Reason? We still get the SKY/Matchroom and Warren/BN content. The only moan i've got is the fights will clash.

ITV getting this couldn't have worked out better.

The cruiserweight tournament is very interesting
The super-middleweight tournament isn't as good
But still it should be fun however I still remember the Super Six
Which was filled with delays and fighters pulling out.

I will take it, at least it is on mainstream TV and the groves v Eubank is worthy of PPV by todays standards.
