I was surprised to see Munroe has half the knockouts Billy Joe has and BJS isn’t even a puncher. So this fights guaranteed to go 12 and in England Munroe isn’t going to get any favours.
With that in mind he needs a pretty good gameplan and execute perfectly in order to get a decision. Anything close/not emphatic will surely go the Britons way.

Munroe did okay to go a few rounds with Golovkin but I agree with BJDS that he did give up in that fight. He wanted to be counted out and when he wasn’t he had to say to the ref “im done” Makes you wonder that if the next time he is in a hard fight if its easier for him to just throw in the towel now he’s already done it once. Luckily for him Billy wont put him under that sort of pressure and lacks the punch power of GGG so it’s a safe bet that he should be able to stick around in this fight.

They could both frustrate each other if it’s a standoff but the pressure is on the visiting fighter to make things happen which will play into Saunders hands. I can see Munroe getting picked off and out boxed in a nip and tuck fight where not much happens. He doesn’t have the power to turn it round either. Having said that BJS has afew questions top answer himself. He was appalling in his last fight. After inactivity and ballooning in weight, changing trainers etc there’s no reason to believe he is going to be much better in this fight as he was last time out. For that reason I can see an upset. I’m not convinced so much by what Munroe brings but I just think Saunders is a vulnerable champ at this stage and it won’t take a great to be him. The fight hangs in the balance. If BJS can’t turn back the clock he can lose his title on points. At the same time if Munroe doesn’t cease this opportunity and really go for it he will regret letting it go to a decision. Anyone say draw
