Question: 'Punch Power' in profile

I've noticed something called 'punch power' that is in my profile. It looks like everyone has this, but they are different.

What is this?

Is it a remnant of the good old days when people gave out Cool Clicks and Sad Clicks? Or is it something else?

It goes up when you get rep.
