Perhaps just PERHAPS there's a time and a way to protest which doesn't piss off people who might actually support what you're attempting to do. I personally do not want unarmed citizens of any color gunned down by rogue cops, and I don't want rogue cops....so in THAT way I am agreeing with Colin Kaepernick and everybody kneeling, HOWEVER, when you kneel for the 'National Anthem' you're not kneeling during a time where the Police (or rogue cops) are being celebrated, you're kneeling at a time where AMERICA (and our freedom and luxury to hold such a game at such a high level) is being honored ergo people are pissed the fuck off that crybaby multimillionaires are shitting on the country from their fucking ivory towers instead of directly addressing an issue they see as extremely important.

Protest the National Anthem at your own peril because the large majority of people even those kneeling really do love this country and they want it to get better every day.....National Anthem protests are divisive. The President was inarticulate and a bit blunt in trying to get folks to understand that it's not HIM it's the office that is respected.....don't respect the man, fine, respect the office.

‘Pushed to my limit’: Stadium worker quits after Bills protest anthem
    http://nypost.com/2017/09/25/pushed-...rotest-anthem/

“I was [finally] pushed to my limit today and had to quit,” Nikischer posted on Facebook in response to the Bills’ protest, a show of defiance against President Trump’s suggestion that NFL players who kneel during the national anthem to protest racial inequality should be fired. “I [cannot] work in a place where [multimillionaires] cry that they are oppressed.”....

“I will never watch an NFL football game again until this ends.”
