Well my little freakos Batman is back on it, first time in just over a month, initially I was planning on taking a few days off but I just fell back into bad habits.

One month of doing fuck all and eating like a tramp, it's not bad that I stopped going, it's good that I started again, usually with shit like this I give up completely.

I'll be back in there on Saturday or Sunday and then I'll start up regular again.

You will feel it hard when you get back but serves you right for stopping all that good work.

You could call it re-charging your batteries, Ricky Hatton did it a lot. Tyson Fury is doing it now.

So, anyway, I was walking past this boxing gym and Batman ran out carrying a large vase.

He smashed me over the head with it, and screamed 'T'PAU'.

Lying on the floor, surrounded by shattered shards of vase, I asked him "Didn't you mean 'KAPOW'?"

"No" he said, "because I've got china in my hand"

Well I'm getting back on the hoss so to speak.

I stopped going back in November/December for no reason at all, I just got lazy again, with everything that has been going on in my head the last few weeks I reckon it'll do me a bit of good.

Bit of a random time to start going again (Sunday afternoon at 4:30pm) but I've been thinking about it for the last few weeks and I've been sitting down scratching my balls all day so I figured why not do something semi productive for an hour or two instead of not being productive with my semi.
