Beanz right there said it and didn't pay. Memphis a guy said "if I say 'blue shirt on sale' I will pay someone 300 Japanese yen", so a guy who was standing said "OK, go ahead and say it to me", so the first guy said "blue shirt on sale'" and then peeled out the money and just handed it to the other guy.
