If you are really in Japan then you are the biggest hypocrite like ever. Trump this and Trump that and you abandoned it in the blink of an eye. You also said you eat organic everything so how can good food be new to you?

I do agree on the emptiness of the Western diet though. Not just in America, but the UK too. Practically every product is laced with wheat or else contains added sugars or the meat is pumped full of drugs. It is a minefield and if you are not taught about it from day one as most of us are indeed not, then it will potentially kill you. You can eat far more healthily in other parts of the world that are not using the same kind of processing techniques. Those bakeries are a health hazard. Then there are the curry houses. The kebab shops. The Pizza. The bars. The drugs. It's no wonder people are so bloated and their skin is cracked and aged. Not even enough sun in a place like that.
It's complete nonsense. You can eat how you choose here. We have every food under the sun. If Brock did not take the time to shop properly shame on him. I might pay a bit more for organic non gmo and soda with sugar cane instead of corn syrup but it's worth it. Brock should stfu and not blame a country for his poor eating habits, now excuse me I gotta run to Burger King

That's the contradiction. Brock claimed to be eating organic everything, yet only now he seems to have dicovered the purity of food. As usual it makes no sense. You are right that you can eat healthily, but it does take education, information and change. It's hard to do that if you are a kid raised on wheat and sugar which unfortunately too many are as evidenced by disease and obesity. We need nutrion classes in schools. Now. To poison your kid is child abuse.
