Show me some proof that Arce ducked him. Show me offer made. All I see is hear say. As for Arce moving up,Harold Lederman pointed out that Arce nearly passed out once trying to make weight and 1 fight after,Arce moved up.

I'm not saying an offer was made but around the time that the Darchinyan/ Kelly fight fell through Vic was talking about facing Arce, Parra & Wonjongkam if the fights can be made. Darchinyan/ Parra seems like the most logical fight to me. But it seems like Parra is avoiding Vic.
