I'd go along with that in principle. The problem I see is that Loma wasn't exactly putting a lot of stink on his punches and Rigo didn't throw any. Rigo has previously had no issue with punching back against guys that could hurt him, he was on his arse twice (debatable if you like) against Amagasa and that fucker was nearly six foot.
Depends who you are fighting. He may have felt the power of Loma and understood that Loma was too good of a fighter to overcome that size difference.
