Everywhere you live today quality of life depends too much on financial status. The rich live well everywhere. Not long ago, well mid 1900's neighborhoods were mixed with wealthy, middle class and poor. Now the rich live in gated guarded compounds away from the populace. Everywhere is nice to live with the proper amount of money, it's a shame.
