Maybe I am getting old but we are too soft of sex offenders in this country. This week we have a serial rapist John Worboys the black cab rapist being released from prison after only 8 years.

The clue is in the term "serial rapist". Worboys was convicted of 12 rapes but believed to have committed well over a hundred rapes.
