Default Larios destroys Bonilla in Four

Former WBC 122-pound kingpin Oscar ''Chololo'' Larios (56-5-1, 36 KOs) chopped down Roberto ''Chucky'' Bonilla (18-8-1, 11KOs) in four rounds in the Telefutura-televised main event at the Desert Diamond, Casino, in Tucson, Arizona.

Guadalajara's Larios, coming off consecutive losses to Israel Vazquez and Manny Pacquiao, moved up to featherweight and looked much better than in previous outings at the same weight, using his educated jab, height and superior skill and firepower, landing nearly at will.

The former world titlist rocked and hurt the one-time WBO Latino super flyweight titlist in the third, going on to land a big left hook which dropped Bonilla in the following round.

The Nicaraguan was game, but ultimately outgunned as another Larios right hand chopped him down with a delayed reaction in the same round, with a staggering and seriously hurt fighter being saved by the referee at 1:40 of the fourth round.

I'll check it out sooner or later. Once one of my favorite fighters or prospects gets a fight there, I can check it out. Thought about it. I might even have a place to stay and I've already been to one club there. Tucson is definitely a different place.

I've only seen this guy like 3 times. Stopping Vasquez and then against MacCullugh and then getting beat by Pacquiao. I don't really have an opinion of him other then that he's exciting to watch. But form wise he was begging to be outboxed

Fred Flinstone must have an opinion I'm guessing?

You talking to me?? lol Barry, hmm,I like Larios,he is exciting, great great workrate, heart but the years are catching up to him in my opinion and he is prone to cutting alot more nowadays. I don't think he is a main player at the weight and what reason is there for the top names to fight him? I think he should have stayed at his previous weight.

Looking at his record at that weight Vasquez sort of demolished him in a rematch. I would like to see him against Jhonny Gonzales though.
