Tattoo or Piercing?

To mark my birthday coming up in the next couple of months I am thinking of doing something radical

I have no tattoo's or piercings but think I need to do one of these.

I am thinking nose piercing in my right nostril.

Any advice?

Why do you "need" to do? Please share that with the Forum it should be interesting
