Don't just say Rocky Marciano for the sake of it..there's bloody loads to choose from.
No Blacks,Mexicans or Puerto Rican or any race with a tan (including GGG)..Italians seem to just get the nod.
Mine has to be JC as he has the great ability to adjust and the Kessler match was pretty damn impressive.
BJS is easily my favourite to watch in this era...

His fight record is off the scale and he fought around half his career being blind in one eye.
at least 3 of his 5 fights against Tunney were fought with one eye.

What about James Figg? Jem Mace? Tom Cribb? Would Daniel Mendoza count as white? Never mind Greg, Dempsey, Sullivan, Corbett, Benny Leonard, Stanley Ketchel?

You have to consider fighters like Mace and Greb, Benny Leonard, Ted 'Kid' Lewis, Bob Fitzsimmons, Stanley Ketchel etc
The fact that a lot of them were Gyspies, Jews, Poles and Cornishmen has nothing to do with it

BJS and Groves are both World champions and pure boxers..If they last another 3-5 years without a loss (potential x10 fights) then they will leave a credible legacy behind.
