10 things you didn’t know about slavery in the UK
The UK Government estimates there are tens of thousands people in slavery in Britain today
Only 1% of enslaved people in the UK have the chance of seeing their exploiter brought to justice
In 2015, over 3,000 people, including nearly 1,000 children, were referred to British authorities as potential victims of slavery
But nearly 40% of them were still awaiting a decision about their victim status at the end of the year
From those who have received a final decision, only less than half were recognised as victims
Victims of slavery are four times less likely to be acknowledged as victims if they are non-European
Up to 34% of victims of slavery are estimated to be re-trafficked
Children are often deliberately targeted for their vulnerability
One in four victims of slavery in the UK is a child
2016 saw the first conviction and sentencing of a British businessman for human trafficking

What kind of slavery are we talking about? Who are the slave owners? This sounds like a lot of hyperbole
Is there slavery in the U.K.?
If that's the case, I'd quite like one. Or even better, maybe a whole family would be better.
They could live in my shed. The guy could do the gardening and general maintenance work, he could also drive us to the pub and back. Being the sexist that I am, the wife could do all th cooking and cleaning.
It would be good if thy had a kid too. Because then I would be breeding and developing a successor for when I have to have one of the parents put down. While they are growing up, they could be a footstool for when I watch TV on the sofa.
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?
@Master
What slavery are we talking about? Who are the slave owners?
Gypsies have been taking vulnerable people and enslaving them tarmacing etc type of jobs living in filth and starving a good few have been saved and the gypsies have been jailed thats one bunch then Romanians running brothels with under age sex slaves see mate the dredges of the earth abusing people.
Damn!! gypsies and Romanians, all 29 million of them, must be rough over there for the Polish
Hmmmm....makes you wonder who has the culture of slavery being acceptable which of course HAS to be present in order for there to be such a slavery problem.
Hmmmm.....who would be ok with owning a human being? Hmmm....I do wonder.
And sex trafficking is a big issue, I seem to recall that being a "racially charged" matter in Rotherham and Rochdale and there being an overwhelming number of British citizens of Pakistani origin/ethnicity being the culprits......I wonder if there's a reason behind that...if not then I guess we'll be finding hives of these scumbags of many many other races/ethnicities all around England/the UK....have they?
Yes it is not specific in any community. These are criminals and low life's in society.

The Jay inquiry reported that "most of the victims in the cases we sampled were white British children"
The Jay Report acknowledged that the 2013 report of abuse of Asian girls was "virtually identical" to the abuse that occurred in Rotherham, and also acknowledged that British Asian girls were unlikely to report their abuse due to the repercussions on their family.
Operation Central Trial 2010: Razwan Razaq, Umar Razaq, Zafran Ramzan, Mohsin Khan, Adil Hussain.....hmmmm yeah I mean what a "diverse" group. Several cases resembled Rotherham, with girls being passed around groups. Of the 56, 53 were Asian, 50 Muslim (mostly Pakistani heritage), and three white.
In the Keighly child sex abuse case Those found guilty of rape were named as Sufyan Ziarab, 22; his brother Bilal Ziarab, 21; Yasser Kabir, 25; Hussain Sardar, 19; Nasir Khan, 22; Saqib Younis, 29; Israr Ali, 19; Faisal Khan, 27; Zain Ali, 20; and Tanqueer Hussain, 23. An 11th defendant, Mohammed Akram, 63, was found guilty of sexual activity with a child. Four other men were found not guilty of similar charges and one man will face a re-trial. A twelfth man, Khalid Mahmood, 34, had pleaded guilty to five counts of rape before the trial
Operation Clover, trials (2015–2017): Qurban Ali, Arshid Hussain, Basharat Hussain, Bannaras Hussain, & Karen MacGregor and Shelley Davies.

.......such "diversity" in those accused and arrested for these crimes...and seemingly go hand in glove with Asian-Brits being unwilling to tell their families about their attacks as well due to their religious beliefs.
But ya know, let's not go ASSUMING anything because it's lol not like there's any kind of pattern for this behavior
The only pattern is that these are low life scum bags who need locking up for abusing vulnerable children and people.
