It was in the 70's last week, right now it's in the high 50's and there's a bit of drizzle....we'll probably get a week or two of winter weather before it's Springtime.

No snow here yet, but it's -8C at the moment. We are due 25+cm of snow tomorrow. The sea near us has actually frozen.

We have lots of food, firewood, diesel and a full LPG tank. I have 5 crates of beer and the cat has a crate of cat food so it's all good. It's even Chicken Felix in jelly so he will be delighted.

Roaring log burner on, and I am very toasty. All is good, it's just weather.

You'd think we are facing an Apocalypse the way the fucking weathermen are going on and gleefully gloating, while they have their moment of fame.

Yes, we are right on the edge of the red weather warning.

My garden thermometer, which also measures wind chill, recorded a low of -16C last night and tonight is supposed to be colder.

We are rural and on high ground, so the forecast is for 'up to' 25 inches of snow and blizzard conditions today.

Probation Service, offenders in the community. Love to see them doing their community service in this weather. Now that is real community punishment.
