This is due to the time zone differences, I reckon.

We need some Chinese people on here, so we can all get the news yesterday!!!

i dont get it at first
cuz i thought they were ahead in time by 14 hours
then i kinda realize that fights are held at night
and papers are printed at night
and its F****** morning at the east so it means
that the news would probably be for the next day
