An escort is pretty cool for your first car. I had an 80's Toyota Corolla which was reliable but not much fun. That said at 17 I was so chuffed to have the freedom a car gives you, so I was not that bothered . Bikes have always been more about fun for me than cars.

My first was a '69 GTO. Loved that car, but sadly downgraded soon after to a VW beetle.

I drove an Aston Martin Vanquish for my 40th as a birthday present after watching James Bond. It was scary.

That was part of the free gift. The speed was scary. I have a photo where all these other cars such as ferraris and lamborghinis are behind me. I told my so I was winning the race but really I was last and the cars were about to lap me.Why because they made you put the petrol in it SCARY.
